Jenny qualified as a Registered General Nurse in 1991 and gained valuable experience within hospital, community and nursing home settings. She developed, implemented and published work on record-keeping systems in hospitals as an Accreditation Project Manager, Lecturer and Research and Development Nurse.
In 2002 Jenny qualified as a Solicitor and specialised in the field of clinical negligence. She has a thorough understanding of the laws and principles of negligence having previously managed a broad ranging caseload as an Associate Solicitor. Jenny understands the importance of well ordered and logically presented medical records which will be used by fee earners, experts and Counsel.
Jenny's wealth of expertise as both a nurse and solicitor enables her to handle records from a vast range of specialisms including general medicine, surgery, obstetrics and gynaecology, whilst taking into account the broader perspective of for example, the Hospital Trust's policies, protocols and guidelines.
